Unlike on 2010’s No Mercy-released after the first of his two most recent prison stints-T.I. has returned with his trademark energy and charisma. His Fuck da City Upmixtape-released on new year’s day-saw T.I. finally regaining his footing, and he has since had solid showings on a handful of recent features.

The release of Trouble Man will either re-establish Tip as a hip-hop superstar, setting the foundation for a career resurgence, or it will serve as a hurdle as trying as his back-to-back prison sentences. Expect the king to rise to the occasion.
