Regardless of how many number one singles or if their album were actually number one on the charts…In my opinion, these albums were everything and brought back that real RnB. No techno RnB.

This album is just perfection to me,I’ve been a brandy fan since I was a little girl (I’m 20 years old now) so she has been one of my favorite singers for a long time,I’ve always admired her voice. Her voice is just..ugh! AMAZING!. This album is just perfect. Definitely reminiscent of her hit albums never say never and full moon with the fast pop songs,sexy slow jams and beautiful slow love ballads that makes you wanna cry. Ugh brandy! You always make these ballads that make us want to cry! Lol

It’s Joss Stone,what more do I have to say? lol She always delivers great soul music and her covers of classic soul songs are always amazing. A lot of singers this day and age can’t cover these songs without people just wanting them to shut up lol But when Joss Stone sings..its so captivating. You can’t deny her voice or “hate” on her voice,her voice is just perfect. Just like this album.

Being a kid in the 90’s,I always loved usher. Usher’s voice is just out of this world and its amazing how he can do a pop song then turn around and do a R&B song. A lot of people can’t do that so,usher is rare. Now,if you’re a fan of the “R&B” usher then I’m gonna tell you now,you might not like this album. This album is kind of “everywhere” if that makes sense. Its hip hop,pop,R&B,soul…Just everything. But personally,I love it. I love the fact that usher is versatile and he’s showing that with this album BUT the album is lacking something also..I don’t know what it is,its still a good album though.

When it comes to pop,chris brown is one of my favorite artist. He is also versatile like usher,he can do pop then turn around and do R&B. Now some people “hate” on him and say a lot of things about him but to me,the boy is not a bad artist and he stays putting out good music. Don’t care if you agree or not,he puts out good music. Fortune is a great album,its also like usher’s album. Its “everywhere”,so if you’re a fan of the “Chris Brown - 2005” chris brown then you might not like this album but I LOVE IT.

Miguel - Kaleidoscope Dream

Somebody has been studying prince very closely lol But I love it,you can obviously tell the album was prince influenced. Its sexy,depressing and fun all at the same time like a prince album. It pushes your emotions all over the place and you can’t really specify what genre the album is. Its very different,its not like the music of today and people are just not gonna be able to define it. Ergo,Miguel is the prince of this generation. Has he sold as many records as prince? HELL NO and there will only be one prince but Miguel definitely reminds you a lot of prince.I love the creativity of miguel,even though he’s very prince like..he makes it his own like “d’angelo” and this album leaves you wanting more. Its the type of album where you can listen to it all the way through and not skip a track. One of the best albums of this year by far.

Trey Songz - Chapter V (Deluxe Edition)

I was a little skeptical of this album to tell you the truth,I hated all the singles for this album except for heart attack and simply amazing. But the album is pretty good,the singles aren’t. Hail Mary..I don’t know why he picked that as a single,I kind of understand 2 reasons because its reminiscent of “Say Aah” and “Bottoms up” but even that song is…eh. The best thing about this album is the slow songs,the fast songs..just doesn’t do it for me. But overall..its a pretty good album.
